We must continue to be careful and vigilant, therefore we ask all our clients to respect and apply the following guidelines. - If you or someone close to you have symptoms of cough, fever, muscle pain, fatigue or other symptoms that are associated to a covid-19 infection, if you are in contact with someone who has covid-19, please stay home and do not come to the clinic. - A maximum of two clients (people) at a time indoors, the others will have to wait outside, a shelter is available for you. - Only one person can accompany his or her animal(s) to the appointment. - Bring your mask; wearing a mask is mandatory for all, without exception. - Hands are disinfected once inside, on arrival and when leaving. An automatic contactless pump is at your disposal; moreover the disinfectant does not require paper. - Sit down and wait in the indicated places. - Electronic payment These rules are simple and easy to follow. Any refusal to follow those rules will result in immediate expulsion from the Pillet Veterinary Clinic. Appoitments are mandatory, always call us before presenting yourself to the clinic. When medically appropriate,it is still possible to consult one our veterinarians from the comfort of your home through telemedicine. To contiue with our efforts to promote social distencing, we are asking you to call in advance for your food purchase and medicine renewal and when possible to pay by phone before passing at the clinic.
